After many years of travelling throughout Greece and being awestruck by its unique, rich and varied beauty, we discovered Thassos in 2008. It was there and then that we decided to stay on.
With its pristine beauty, its allure and its extraordinary location, the village of Kazaviti won our hearts straightaway.
With Spiti (the Greek word for house) Kazaviti, our three lovingly restored stone houses, we would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful ambience and fall in love with our favourite spot on earth.
We look forward to seeing you!

Thassos is an island located in the Thracian Sea, the northernmost part of the Aegean Sea. It is one of the largest islands in the North Aegean Sea and the ninth-largest of all Greek islands. The spruce forests and ancient, silver olive groves gave the island its nickname “the Green Emerald”.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find several idyllic spots between Skala Prinos and Skala Rachoni (around 10 minutes by car). The olive groves in this stretch extend right down to the beach and provide ample shade.
Pristine trails or marked hiking routes – Kazaviti offers every visitor countless opportunities to discover its natural beauty.
When restoring the old stone houses, our main priority was to reuse the original stones and timber.
Thassos offers a wide range of regional delicacies. At the weekly market, islanders and visitors alike can buy olive oil, olives, honey, cheese and plenty more from local farmers.
